New purchases are priced in US dollars (USD) and include applicable tax. Checkout shows the total before you pay. Earlier orders retain the currency and price shown when they were purchased. Book purchases are one-time purchases and do not require an ORIGIN membership. Payment is handled by Stripe. Paperback shipping, when available, is charged separately and displayed before payment.

Ebooks are provided as downloadable PDF files; the new Return to Yourself book also includes EPUB. You need a PDF reader or, for EPUB, compatible reading software. The English Return to Yourself audiobook contains 20 tracks (approximately 2 hours 35 minutes), supplied as a chaptered M4B file and the original MP3 chapters in three ZIP downloads. Use an M4B-compatible audiobook player or extract the ZIP files and play the MP3s. All three ZIP parts together contain the complete audiobook. Each format is purchased separately. The PDF workbook contains writing spaces. The new book PDF includes fillable reflection fields; support depends on your reader. Delivery begins after payment is verified, through the order page. Your Stripe invoice includes the order link. Downloads are for personal use; do not redistribute or resell them.

We offer a voluntary 14-day refund window for ebook and audiobook purchases, including after download. Email your order details to mail@originwithin.me within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not limit statutory rights concerning defective or undelivered digital content. After refund, stop using and delete the purchased files.

Printed editions are available when their product page displays an active purchase option. Availability requires a validated Lulu production file, confirmed price and delivery option. When enabled, paperbacks ship to Denmark. Current shipping options, prices and delivery estimates including production are shown before payment. Estimates may change because of carrier delays. Tracked delivery is provided by Lulu and its delivery partners. Standard printed books have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt; printing a standard edition on demand does not make it personalised.

To withdraw online, use Fortryd aftale / Withdraw from contract. The form records your notice and provides a downloadable time-stamped PDF confirmation. You may also email your name, order reference and a clear statement of withdrawal to mail@originwithin.me. You may use: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following book: [title], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, date.” Return the book to the seller address within 14 days of notifying us. You pay return postage unless the book is defective or incorrectly supplied. We refund the purchase and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of notice, but may wait for the returned book or evidence of return. You may inspect the book as in a shop; handling beyond that can reduce the refund. Damage, incorrect delivery or faulty digital files should be reported to us for a remedy. Your statutory complaint rights remain intact.

Payment details are processed by Stripe. Physical delivery shares the necessary name, address and contact details with Lulu, its production partners and the delivery carrier.
