Clear boundaries before commitment.

These terms describe the current product boundaries for the ORIGIN pre-launch experience. The working contracting entity is ORIGIN ApS · CVR 46810708 · Svellestræde 33, 2640 Hedehusene, Denmark. These are not yet the final binding public-launch terms; the final version must confirm that the payment, invoice, Apple/Google and checkout seller identities match the contracting entity and must include the final consumer-law, payment and governing-law provisions.

Standalone book purchases in the ORIGIN shop are governed by the separate book purchase terms. The pre-launch product provisions on this page concern the member experience.

ORIGIN v1 is currently designed for adults aged 18 and over. The product uses a minimal device-local self-confirmation rather than collecting a full date of birth solely for this purpose.

The current release is not a safeguarded youth product. Under-18 users are not enrolled into the transformation experience and are directed toward appropriate human support instead.

ORIGIN is a self-guided wellbeing and transformation product built around BREATH, PERFORMANCE, WITHIN and RESET. It supports reflection, education, guided practice, movement, training and nutrition planning.

ORIGIN is not emergency, medical, psychiatric or diagnostic care and does not replace an appropriately qualified professional. When ORIGIN directs you toward human or urgent support, that boundary takes priority over ordinary practices or programme progression.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a practice fits your circumstances. Stop or adapt breathwork, movement or training if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, chest discomfort, increasing panic or another concerning symptom, and use appropriate human support where needed.

Nutrition content is general planning and educational support. It is not a substitute for medical or dietetic assessment where allergies, illness, medication, pregnancy, eating disorders or other health conditions require professional care.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not share access in a way that defeats account, entitlement or safety controls.

ORIGIN may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain service security, respond to misuse or comply with applicable law.

Paid access is not treated as publicly launch-ready until the applicable checkout and store flows have completed release review. When a paid offer is activated, the exact product, price, billing interval, recurring or one-time nature, renewal, cancellation and other material commitment information must be shown before payment.

Purchases made through Apple, Google or another payment provider may also be subject to that provider's applicable purchase, cancellation and refund rules. ORIGIN's final public-launch terms will reconcile those channel-specific rights with applicable consumer law.

ORIGIN's original content, product design, programme materials, method language, graphics, audio, video and other protected materials remain ORIGIN intellectual property or are used under the applicable licence. Personal access does not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute, resell or commercially reproduce those materials.

ORIGIN will evolve as product, evidence, safety standards and technical infrastructure improve. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed where reasonably necessary. Material changes to final launch-approved terms will be versioned and communicated through an appropriate ORIGIN surface when required.

ORIGIN's Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. Account holders have access to privacy controls including account-data export and permanent account deletion where those services are available.

Before public paid launch, ORIGIN must replace this draft with a reviewed version confirming ORIGIN ApS as the contracting entity/controller where applicable, aligning the actual merchant and invoice setup, and containing final consumer and withdrawal rights, subscription and refund terms, liability language, governing law and any jurisdiction-specific provisions that apply to the released product.
